Join BiCE Ristorante, Solare, and Piazza 1909 for the summer installment of Season’s Seasoning on Monday, August 15, at 6:30 p.m. This is the third in a series of dinners celebrating the four seasons with a four-course tasting dinner and wine pairings. The latest collaborative culinary event will honor the annual Italian summer feast, Ferragosto.

Chefs Stefano Ceresoli of Piazza 1909, Accursio Lotá of Solare, and Mario Cassineri and Francesca Penoncelli of BiCE Ristorante will offer an authentic, one-of-a-kind dining experience. Wine and food pairings include:

Chef’s Welcome: Porchetta, Cheese, and Cold Cuts – rolled pork, marinated for 72 hours, aromatic herb stuffed fennel, cheese and charcuteries, and white pizza bread.
Wine Pairing: NV, Ferrari Brut, Blanc de Blanc, Trentino Alto Adige.

Antipasto: Insalata di Calamari, Seppie e Melone Olio Limone e Zenzero – mixed organic salad with calamari, cuttlefish and melon, in a lemon ginger dressing.
Paired Wines: 2014 Puiatti, Ribolla Gialla, Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Pasta: Ravioli e Pasta – handcrafted summer vegetable and sheep riccota ravioli. Hand-cut fettuccine sautéed with swordfish, eggplant, cherry tomato confit, and mint.
Wine Pairing: 2013 Planeta “Cerasuolo Di Vittoria”, Sicilia.

Secondo: La Griglia – sausage from Monnalisa, lamb chops, beef rib eye tagliata, whole chicken, wild salmon, calamari, shrimp, and vegetables.
Wine Pairing: 2011 Tenuta Belguardo Supertuscan, Toscana.

Dolce: Sweet Bites, Fruit, and More.
Wine Pairing: NV, Ferrari Brut, Blanc de Blanc, Trentino Alto Adige.

The event is $85 per person.
